Training Co-Ordinator
Job Introduction
The Training Co-Ordinator will be responsible for performing day to day administrative training activities to ensure compliance with the regulatory and site licence conditions which impact on Training and Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel (SQEP).
Role Responsibility
Responsibilities
- Scheduling personnel for training (including Host Site, internal and external courses)
- Maintaining an accurate training record system to demonstrate compliance
- Producing meaningful and visible training reports and KPIs/metrics as required
- Alerting training management to training issues
- Supporting the Training Officer to maintain fit for purpose training profiles on the training system
- Providing training system advice, guidance and training
- Maintain filing system for hard copy records
- Maintaining positive and effective working relationships with team, colleagues and customers
Accountabilities
- To Training Manager for scheduling personnel for training in a timely manner
- To the Training Manager for inputting training records into the training system in a timely manner
- To the Training Manager for producing training reports and communicating potential training issues in a timely manner
- To Training Manager for maintaining fit for purpose training profiles on the training system
- To Training Manager for providing prompts / notifications to all personnel regarding courses booked and expiring training
- To the Training Manager to meet deadline dates for work activities and corrective actions
- To Training Manager for maintaining the hard copy filing system

Experience and Skills
Experience of maintaining a training records database |

Experience of filing training records training |
Good communication skills |
Able to work to tight timescales |
Good organisation skills and attention to detail |
Skilled in the application of the Microsoft Office suite |
