HR Associate

Do you have experience of working in a fast paced HR or shared services environment…if so read on.

 

We have a new opportunity for a HR Associate to join our HR team in Warrington on a 12 month contract.

Role Responsibility

  • Processing documentation and transactions in accordance with service requirements
  • Providing support across a range of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and learning and development
  • First point of contact for HR queries received by email and telephone, providing excellent customer service
  • Participating in project delivery
  • Proactively recommending and implementing process improvements
  • Updating information on company systems including our HR system, company intranet and applicant tracking system
  • Maintaining and updating data in HR spreadsheets and databases, and generating reports
  • Providing support to the HR business partners and experts

  • Self-motivated to take initiative and ownership on issues and identify when escalation is needed
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong team player

Desirable skillls

  • Professional qualification or working towards
  • Experience of working with HR systems and/or ERP systems
