Engineering Roles - Speculative Applications

What you’ll be doing 

As part of our engineering team, you’ll support a wide variety of engineering projects for both our internal and external customers. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll define, implement and deliver innovative solutions to complex engineering problems. This will involve providing specialist engineering advice, ensuring design solutions are fit for purpose and generating the necessary documentation to meet safety and legal requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

What you’ll need 

We’re looking for people with a good understanding of the design and engineering process – whether through direct experience or transferable skills. For instance, you might be working in the oil or gas industry already and want a new challenge in the nuclear sector. 

As you’ll be communicating complex concepts and ideas to customers and stakeholders, you’ll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a drive to constantly learn and find new ways to solve complex problems.
